T.L. Hughes 751 Posted September 20, 2011 Share Posted September 20, 2011 Dave Kinchen has joined Fox O&O WTXF in Philadelphia as a general assignment reporter. This is Kinchen's first news job outside of Michigan, where just prior to joining WTXF, he worked for four years as a anchor/reporter at Barrington Broadcasting's NBC affiliate WEYI in Flint; before then, he worked for two stations in the Saginaw/Flint area, as a reporter for Meredith Corporation's CBS affiliate WNEM-TV-AM, and as a news reporter/weather anchor at Young Broadcasting's CBS affiliate WLNS. Kinchen started his career as a writer/production assistant at Scripps' ABC affiliate WXYZ in Detroit; he studied political theory and journalism at Michigan State University.
