More than one-quarter of local TV news stories focus on crime, according to a section in Old Dominion University's State of the Region report, released last week... ...WAVY (Channel 10) and its sister station, WVBT (Fox 43), had the highest proportion of stories involving crime - 32 percent and 30.4 percent, respectively. trev57 46 Posted October 10, 2011 Share Posted October 10, 2011 Doesn't surprise me. In Milwaukee its pretty much crime, politics, weather, and sports. Of course they try to do "Making Milwaukee Great" on WDJT and "On the Upside" on WITI but those are only one story each a couple times a week. Oh, and "Positively Milwaukee" on TMJ4.
