I found some pics from a site called Mikes Box of Pics. The pics are from the scene of the 1982 Air Florida Plane crash in DC, its the one where the airplane crashed into the 14th Street Bridge. I found 2 pics of news crews

 

 

 

I could make out the NBC Washington on the camera so i assume its from WRC-TV
