I don't know what year this came from, likely late 90's to early 2000's. Here is a funny close from Action News w/ the old set and graphics.

The close is actually from 2002-2004 range because starting in 2002 Jeff Kaye started narrating the regional bureau names at the end of the close which only left about a second or two to go in the theme. In 2004 or 2005(?) WPVI opened it's Lehigh Valley bureau which caused the Jeff Kaye narration to speed up a bit.
