On today's WYOU Eyewitness News at Noon, during the A-Block Bump weather tease, the shot was of Meteorologist Dave Skutnik and a woman named "Melissa." After doing a little research, I believe the Melissa that was seen in that shot is Melissa Constanzer, a Penn State graduate.
