Washington State Supreme Court to Hear KOMO-TV's Lawsuit Against the Seattle Police Department Over

Last Year KOMO-TV filed a lawsuit against the Seattle Police Department because they believed the department violated state public records law and the lawsuit filed with the King County Superior Court and contends with the police has intentionally and illegally blocked KOMO for obtaining the dashcam vids. The Washington State Supreme Court is now taking over this case and will decide.
