T.L. Hughes 890
http://www.commlawcenter.com/2013/03/fcc-considering-raising-limits-on-foreign-ownership-of-broadcast-stations.html The FCC clearly wants to create more diversity in broadcasting, what with its proposal to do away with JSAs/LMAs/SSAs, but apparently now they are mulling the possibility of increasing the diversity of station ownership by allowing foreign companies to own more than 25% of a U.S. TV or radio station. It is now seeking comments on the proposed rule change through April 15.
