stevieboy247 43 Posted May 29, 2007 Posted May 29, 2007 Well, When you screw up a great network that's currently in the #4 loophole, You get the old kick in the butt. If you know what I mean. NBC deserves better!
A3N 1002 Posted May 29, 2007 Posted May 29, 2007 Broadcasting and Cable had the story a few days ago. Maybe no one saw it coming, but it is not surprising to find out he was fired.

WAVY 10 Fan 233 Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 What's missing here for this to be an exact rerun of the late 70's... 1. Those stupid slogans used from 1978-82 2. Supertrain, B.J. & the Bear, Pink Lady & Jeff... 3. Someone in NBC brass that has a clue about TV instead of counting beans
mbhcity 3 Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 The Difference of the NBC of the 70's and the NBC of today is that back then, they had comedies, with laugh tracks, give them credit for Cheers and Sanford and Son. Now it's all dark lights, sarcasm and drama. The Apprentice, Deal or No Deal, The Office (UK show is better) and the retooled ER. These shows purely suck and the network is loosing. Kudos to NBC, but will it be enough?
