I remember when she got the job it was reported that Kathy Orr wanted to spend more time with her family, but Kate didn't stay in the spot very long. I thought maybe it had something to do with that stalking case and Kate wanting to step back, but does anyone know? As others have pointed out, there is no real reporting on local TV in the newspapers anymore.
