"In the morning news race, WABC-TV's "Eyewitness News This Morning" with Lori Stokes and Bill Evans dominates its competition, beating its closest competitor at 5am (WNBC-TV) in DMA Households by 73%, and at 6am (again WNBC- TV) by 39%. Both margins of victory are larger than they were in May'06, when WABC-TV beat WNBC-TV by 5% at 5am and 21% at 6am. In the Adult 25-54 demographic, "Eyewitness News This Morning" is equally dominant, with its margin of victory ranging from 31% (6am vs. WNYW-TV) to 233% (5am vs. WCBS-TV or WNBC-TV)."
