Saving MyFox Videos?

It's possible, but the way that some browsers handle the flash files embedded in the web pages is a little tricky.

Most of the time, the file is stored in the cache of your browser; finding the file you want can be hell (especially if you use Internet Explorer). There is a program called "Flash Movie Extractor" for Windows that will search your browser's cache for flash movies, but sometimes it doesn't catch the files.

Your best bet would be to use a screen capture program. The great thing about flash is that it uses the same pixel/graphic buffer as the rest of your screen, therefore you can capture the movement of the video, frame by frame (unlike if you were trying to use the same method with WMV or Real Video). For this, use a program called "Camtasia Studio" for Windows; it allows you to specify a certain section of the screen to capture. Another program that will do this is called "Fraps"; it's for Windows also. It's a little more primative and techy, but still does the job.
