New WNEP Graphics

Their last few graphics packages have been nothing more than an update of the one before it. They haven't had a truly new graphics package in some years.

Also, it's 2015. I really wish stations would stop saying that they're broadcasting in high definition and flash "HIGH DEFINITION" on screen during their opens. It made sense from like, 2007-2010, but not anymore.

That's how lame Hothaus has gotten these days. Their packages all pretty much look the same and have since the mid 2000s

Do they usually use decimal points for the temperature bug? Or is this just because it's cold?

WNEP always uses decimal points for temperature.
