Mario500 3 Posted June 21, 2007 Share Posted June 21, 2007 Since Tuesday, former WKRG-TV5 reporter Glenn Austin has appeared on at least two Mobile television stations as a spokesman for the sheriff's office in Escambia County, Florida (part of the Mobile-Pensacola TV market). TV5 reporter Debbie Williams even referred to him by name in spite of the station terminating him after his name appeared along with a Pensacola News-Journal article that was never meant to appear on WKRG.com. Even after the article was removed, it was too late for Glenn Austin and he was fired for what the station called "plagiarism". Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
