ProButtonPusher 230 Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 [yt=425,350]kHYlHjHnBVk[/yt] is this anything like Titan?
who?cares 255 Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 That looks like Trueview by WSI (the same company who makes Titan). They're a lot a like.
blueflag 0 Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 Yep, the radar looks like the latest version of Titan/TrueView Interactive, whilst the forecast graphics are from TrueView Sky. Looks nice!
FirstNews8 13 Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 That is definately TrueView by WSI. looks good too.
ProButtonPusher 230 Posted July 10, 2007 Author Posted July 10, 2007 they installed it today...not all the features are working yet, but it looks really nice...here are some caps: compared to the old ones:
Ntropolis 599 Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 That graphic reminds me of WRAL a little bit, the swoosh thing in the top right.
atkinsonweather 0 Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 WCVB also upgraded to the Titan/Trueview radar when they launched in HD back in May. They use two radars - Their own operated "HD Doppler" and the WSI Titan/Trueview "HD Doppler Radar". The backgrounds to the Today & Tonight graphics look somewhat like WCSH's that were launched in the Spring. Overall, I like the WTVY graphics.
