I was watching a bunch of local LA newscasts and clips from the 80s/90s and stumbled across this. I had never seen her before but is this Lucy Noland? Kind of looks like her but I don't think she ever worked for KCAL.

If anyone could help, it's the first report? Wondering who that anchor is.
