lazynetjunkie 34 Posted July 22, 2007 Share Posted July 22, 2007 Ok.. For the longest time, everyone (including myself) thought that WBBM went to the tabloid image (music/graphics/etc.) in 1991. However, I found this tonight at WBBM's website: http://cbs2chicago.com/vault/local_story_104140940.html It's a story from 1992 but they're still using the 1991 graphics and the previous WBBM signature music. and http://cbs2chicago.com/vault/local_story_139133738.html which is also from 1992 and they haven't fully changed over to the big red/white/black graphics; however, it's hard to tell if they've already switched over to the Chris Crane's theme yet. I lived in Morris, IL (An hour from Chicago) for 11 years, and they indeed went tabloid in 1992.
