atkinsonweather 0 Posted July 24, 2007 Share Posted July 24, 2007 It was reported yesterday by Newsblues that David Wade & Bianca De La Garza will start anchoring WBZ News at 5, 6, and 11 pm next month. The couple left Fox earlier this month. The Boston Herald reported several weeks ago that David was likely going to go to Channel 4, and that he did a screen test in NYC with Paula Ebben, the morning/noon co-anchor. But, if this new report from Newsblues is true, there will be a major anchor shake-up at BZ. The Newsblues report also states that: Jack Williams & Lisa Hughes will stop anchoring the 6 & 11 pm shows, and will anchor at noon and 5:30 pm. Chris May & Sara Underwood, current 5:00 pm anchors on 4 & 9 pm anchors on WSBK-38 will stop anchoring on Channel 4 and will ONLY anchor at 9 on 38.
