I think in the past, Holmes & Jackson County, Florida have been part of Dothan's Nielsen DMA. WTVY's tower is actually located in Holmes County and still is able to serve virtually all of the Panama City area, despite Gray adding WECP-CBS in Panama City and WRGX-NBC in Dothan (to replace WJHG).
