Not a bad set, but they could've dumped even more money to get Hothaus graphics. MarkBRollins88_v2 350
Not NPG finally giving a station a NICE new set, rather than a crappy one like they put in in Colorado Springs a couple years ago! MidnightJunkie 55
Holy Hell, if there was ever a news station that needed a set replaced, it is this one! The last time they had a brand new set, I was living in El Paso and watching their news. I've got to hand it to them, however, they most certainly did the best they could with the bare bones of the original 1997 set. At least every 3-4 years they replaced duras, desks, risers, and flooring, etc to try and keep it moderinized. However, (probably invisible to an average viewer) you could tell that many years of band aids created an entirely incohesive and cheap look to the entire set.
