Several high-profile local TV personalities have testified in the trial, including WCBD news anchor Warren Peper. Feldman shed the truth in a defamation trial. sctvhound 27 Posted September 15, 2007 Author Share Posted September 15, 2007 In this same case, WCSC and Jefferson-Pilot, who were the owners of channel 5 before they got sold to Lincoln Financial, will have to pay $3.95 million to two Charleston lawyers, Elizabeth and Christopher Murphy, as former news director Don Feldman was acting as an agent as he falsely accused Murphy of slandering former WCSC panelist Sandra Senn in 1999.
