In Baltimore (like Pittsburgh) the Hearst station is the only operation with a helicopter. The impact on the Key Bridge coverage is glaring.

I’ve been watching WBAL today (I don’t have any reason otherwise to watch Baltimore news).

WBAL is a really good news operation. Polished reporters and some veterans who I can tell still know the art.
