I believe we've already discussed this before among the Po7 to bring back a certain thread that was deleted by it's starter in order to look ethical. It's extremely hard to do, and the next easiest thing to do would be creating a new forum that ran off the old database for archival purposes (No new users, no posting). This was tried but slowed down TVNT's servers.
