Do the anchor(s) at the stations you watch start the newscast with Their names?

I've been wondering this for a while. Here's what the stations I watch do:

WBZ: Always

WCVB: Only in the Mornings

WLNE: Always

WHDH: Only in the mornings and in the preview for the weekend 6PM News (They never say on any newscasts if their filling in.)

WJAR: Always

WPRI: Only in the mornings (Some noon newscasts)

I know it sounds kinda silly but It's interesting.

WHBF- what they hay.they only got one anchor anyway..so yes

KWQC- no quite sure.. I think they do sometimes

WQAD- always in the morning.... most of the time during the afternoon and evening.. unless there is breaking news of some sort

KLJB- yes.

KSN: Only when one anchor is anchoring - e.g. the morning show, weekend news. Weeknight news 5pm only has one anchor, so she always says her name, but 6 & 10 weeknight has two, but if one is gone, then the other will introduce themselves explaining the other is off, if both are there, they do not introduce themselves.

KOAM: Always - all shows

KODE: Always except for weeknight 5/6/10 - both their anchors anchor those three shows, and have the same setup as KSN, if one is gone, then the other will introduce themselves, if both are there they don't introduce themselves.

KFJX: Always - all shows

For most of the stations down here in Charleston, they say their names first, except when there is major breaking news.

At the end of the newscast, channel 5 (WCSC) almost always closes with the name of the anchor, and a preview of the next program.

Two does it too, but Channel 4 does not do it.
