Need help identifying a CLTV theme

For a long time, I've been trying to find out what CLTV's, Chicago's cable news channel, previous news music package was.

 

Since CLTV is turning 15 in January, they put some videos of past stories on their website, http://www.cltv.com, under the video category of "CLTV Turns 15". The only video I was able to find any of their old music was on the video "Birth of CLTV - 1993" which plays a soft piano cut from their original music package that contains the signature that might ring a bell. I think they used that music package all the way until they switched to 615's High Velocity. You can also hear the actual news theme music used in the background from the time 12:40 to 12:49 in the video.
