Former WCBS anchor Angela Rae leaving television

Tomorrow is Angela Rae's last day at the South Florida WFOR and WBFS duopoly. In this article, she says she decided to leave television last year.

 

I'm not surprised. She goes from being weekend anchor at WFOR, to lead anchor at WFOR in a matter of weeks, then to WCBS as noon and 5 anchor, and then less than six months later lead anchor, then less than two years later back to WFOR as morning anchor, then to WBFS as morning entertainment and features co-anchor. It seems as if WFOR doesn't think she is important anymore.

I wasn't a really big fan of hers, but she sure beats WCBS' new talent.

Bummer...she was great with Ernie Anastos on Nightcast..but that was a long time ago....

All I recall about her is how she would stare at her co-anchor....I thought it was a little freaky.
