He was the longtime head of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Who would travel around the world promoting Hollywood and led the charge for the rebirth the community. He ran the Hollywood Christmas parade and was the voice of the parade. He was involved with USO on various tours. At KTLA, he was tv host and entertainment reporter. His last project was hosting KTLA's 60th Anniversary in 2007.
