[Robert] Linger is charged with on one count lewd and lascivious behavior as well as exposure of sexual organ. Lovely. This is the second Tampa GM arrested in little under a year (WFTS's Bill Carey was first). And with all those arrests at the store in question, I'm frankly shocked the place hasn't been shut down yet.
