Wandering around the net for the past few minutes and found this: The afternoon weather webcast from KARK-TV Little Rock:

The clip will be entitled "Weather at Work 1PM Hour 9-23-08"

I'm thinking the "A" just might mean "Arkansas". Call it a hunch. :lol: :smash: :rofl!: :ack:
