WAVY 10 Fan 233 Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE49R0GK20081028 Apparently, Sarah Palin has some unexpected friends in Hollywood. Yesterday, there was a luncheon called the Caucus for Producers, Writers & Directors. The event was dubbed "Hollywood, America and Election '08." Much of the criticism was leveled by "Designing Women" creator Linda Bloodworth-Thomason. Keith Olbermann (the main source of criticism) got slammed by Thomason, who went so far as to say she'd prefer a lunch date with FOX News' Sean Hannity over Olbermann. (To be fair, the Thomason's have been pretty close to the Clintons, even producing a film about Bill at the 1992 Democrat convention. I think her husband also worked with Bill Clinton when he was Arkansas governor).
