bhratbrat 437 Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 the new WCCO package is on the NMSA. Sounds really good
djlynch 56 Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 Aha! So that's what KTVT and KEYE have been using since dropping Uphonix due to the SESAC/Arnold thing. I thought it was production music for the last three weeks, so I can't say that I'm all that impressed with it as a news theme.
bhratbrat 437 Posted January 19, 2007 Author Posted January 19, 2007 its ironic that KARE and WCCO both use composers based in Minneapolis (which is awesome). Its really a good theme but very subtle for a news theme

A more "upbeat" package fits them (like Uphonix did).

CharlotteTV 0 Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 Not to mention that WBZ in Boston is using the package as well.
swillh2k2 203 Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 Not to mention that WBZ in Boston is using the package as well. The more I hear it, the more I realize that it is a variation of the WCCO package, and not really the actual package itself. Compare the two and you'll see.
