Aha! So that's what KTVT and KEYE have been using since dropping Uphonix due to the SESAC/Arnold thing.

 

I thought it was production music for the last three weeks, so I can't say that I'm all that impressed with it as a news theme.

its ironic that KARE and WCCO both use composers based in Minneapolis (which is awesome). Its really a good theme but very subtle for a news theme

I think it sounds like a great package, but it doesn't fit KTVT. A more "upbeat" package fits them (like Uphonix did).

Agreed to both of you. I would've liked to see KTVT and KEYE adopt 615's Seize The Day (WSMV version, not the oh-so-tacky FOX version).

Not to mention that WBZ in Boston is using the package as well.

The more I hear it, the more I realize that it is a variation of the WCCO package, and not really the actual package itself. Compare the two and you'll see.
