I'm not sure if anyone (Certainly anyone thats gone to a Houston Astro's Game) but their voiceover Bob Ford certainly sounds like the same guy that does the Public Address Announcements for the Astros.

I believe he is also the voiceover for a couple of Regional Sports Networks under the Fox Sports banner. I've heard his voice on a few of those channels.
