WDSU: 60 years of broadcasting

On Thursday, WDSU began a year-long celebration of its 60th year of broadcasting, looking back on its early days from transmitting from the Hibernia Tower, to paving the way for NBC's "Today" to the present, a distant second- to third-placed station behind WWL and sometimes WVUE.

 

Congrats to WDSU on their milestone, but they don't have a special section like WWL did when they celebrated its 50th anniversary last year.
