WSFL-TV Channel 39, Inc. will launch an AM News Show early January 2009. We are currently recruiting an entire staff of great communicators and storytellers who are comfortable expressing an informed point-of-view. Ability to talk about the news without the aid of a teleprompter is important as well as orchestrating and conducting provocative interviews. Studio presenters, field reporters, producers with show as well as newscast experience, photo-editors with experience with Final Cut Pro, are encouraged to apply. Directors/Technical Directors with show/newscast experience are needed. Web-savvy video producers are also highly encouraged to apply. You'll become part of our "market management" approach, which teams WSFL-TV with the Sun-Sentinel and a robust South Florida website, to create the first TV/newspaper/web hybrid show serving the nation's 10th largest MSA, Miami-Ft. Lauderdale market. Now the thing is, i haven't heard ANYTHING about the show. No web advertisements, insider info, or TV spots. Has anyone heard of anything that I haven't?
