Hate to add to the stereotype, but another Florida news personality is arrested, this time it's Russell Rhodes of FOX 13. He was arrested for obstructing an officer without violence. He looks pretty well beat up for "obstructing an office without violence." I read that they blame that on throwing him to the ground, but it looks a bit more... hands on.
