cbs2worksforyou 44
have you noticed that when ed curran is out and mary kay kliest is unable to cover, don schwenneker does double duty and does the weather along with anchoring duties? i'm slowly growing to like him. 5Viewer 1
It kind of makes sense because Don has a degree in meteorology and was hired by the station as a meteorologist. I don't think they should have made him an anchor, not that he is bad at it. I just think he is better doing the weather. 5Viewer 1
At 11, Mary Kay was doing the weather and Ed was in the new Sears Tower Ledge on the 103rd floor with Vince Gerasole, who was doing a story on it. He just stood there and joked around with Vince, he didn't do a report or anything. I don't know why Ed was there.. BRollEdit 0
It kind of makes sense because Don has a degree in meteorology Don Schwenneker does not have a degree in meteorology. He has a certificate in broadcast meteorology from Mississippi State University's distance learning program. Mary Kay Kleist and Ed Curran both have broadcast meteorology certificates and BA degrees in Radio/TV.
