takingaction4you 4 Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 From the Post-Gazette... http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/09272/1001528-28.stm?cmpid=radiotv.xml So with no news director or assistant news director, GM Ray Carter will be stepping into the News Director role. Hopefully this is a signal that WPXI is going to try to get away from their poorly done tabloid style that they've been trying since '04.

NewsJunkie247 1 Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 That music kinda old too..Get rid of that.. WPXI has only been using Tower V.2 for 2 years. If I am not mistaken, their ratings increased and the number of departures from the station has been minimal.
NewsJunkie247 1 Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 The Post-Gazette reports Mike Goldrick from WHEC in Rochchester, NY, will become the new news director at WPXI effective December 1st. http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/09303/1009371-67.stm
