NewsJunkie247 1 Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 It was a nice surprise to see Trish Yodice filling-in for Katie McGee this morning on CBS 2. She left WNBC in 2008 to pursue a career as a counselor at a New Jersey school. With Rob Morrison filling-in as well, it kind of felt like the WNBC of 2005 or 2006. Also, I could tell that Natalie Del Conte, a CNET correspondent who contribuntes to WCBS and who was filling-in for Kate Sullivan, must have been very nervous. She was kind of uncomfortable to watch at times, but all in all, she wasn't too bad.
Metropolitan 0 Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 Trish interviewed Bronson Van Wyck, descendant of Mayor Robert Van Wyck for whom the expressway is named. She asked him for the pronunication, he said Van Wike. Only a few traffic reporters say it correctly.
