newscenter 0 Posted February 15, 2010 Share Posted February 15, 2010 On Adobe Photoshop, I recreated the classic WJKW-WJW TV8 logo, but I put the FOX in the mix. WJW is not the only FOX affiliate with the Channel 8, WVUE New Orleans also has it, and all FOX8 should adopt that logo below. This logo was from WJW's days as a CBS affiliate, and the logo lasted from 1977 to 1990. I resurrected the logo, and threw in the FOX logo. It is not only for the new generation of WJW viewers, but it is also a real treat for their family members, who remember the TV8 logo from WJW's days as a CBS station. Talk about a double-whammy, and giving in to the trend of making contemporary the classics.
