Changes coming to News 4 New York?

I just watched the 6:00 News and it was very different. They opened from where the NBC4 logo on the wall is in the back of the studio where they do Miked Up. Then David went over to the two screens next to the big one to deliver more news. The weather was done normally on the big screen. Then the strangest part was when they brought Bruce Beck in for Sports and all three of them were standing where they opened the show. Bruce did sporsts in the area where Mikedup is taped. Then at the end all three of them were standing. My main point is they did not use the news desk at all. So there could be a couple of reasons. Either they are changing the backround to make it more New York style, something is wrong in the newsroom, or they are in a temporary set and changing everything.
