newzie 0 Posted December 8, 2010 Share Posted December 8, 2010 Today's TV Spy reported KCCI (CBS Des Moines) will adding an hour of morning news at 5am Saturday and Sunday (they already have an 8am newscast). Marcus McIntosh who is the current weekday morning anchor will move to weekends to join Amanda Lewis. Steve Karlin who is known for anchoring the 5pm news and his Karlin Covers Central Iowa pieces will be moved to weekday morning newscasts, with Kevin Cooney taking over the 5pm. I should note, KCCI changed their morning start time to 4:30am a while ago.
