PelicanGuy 117
Yesterday, the New Orleans stations (except WGNO) did another day of annual Carnival coverage. Once again, WWL took it a bit further, sporting costumes as they always do. Here's what they sported this year. Mike Hoss and Lucy Bustamante as The Moose and Lucille Ball (re I Love Lucy) Jeremy Eizensopf as Conan O'Brian, Eric Paulsen as Sally-Ann Robert's guardian angel, Sally-Ann as the new NOLA and Frank Davis as a gypsy. Dawn Brown as an oyster, Lee Zurick as a crab, Lee's daughter Eleanore as a baby shrimp and Scott Cody as crab boil. Doug Mouton all dressed up. Carl Arredondo and Dennis Woltering as the Saintsations and Angela Hill as Drew Brees (Jim Henderson, who isn't pictured, also was dressed as a Saintsation). Oliverolang 41
And WWL is known for their no-nonsense newscasts! It was great to see another side of them we don't see on the newscasts! I agree that it was great to see another side of the WWL News team... Damn Denise Woltering and Carla Arredondo are hot! LOL... WWL's Mardi Gras coverage is legendary and that's why they'll always be New Orleans #1 television station. matt.
