Is Katie holding up well in your market?

According to Nielsen, Katie actually fares better in non-metered markets than in metered markets. Metered market ratings are fairly easy to get hold of. But for those of you in markets with paper diaries (like me), how is Katie doing in your markets?

Here in DFW, Katie runs fourth, sometimes Distant 4th, in the Time period after the ABC News (WFAA), NBC News (KXAS), Local Fox affiliate news (KDFW).

I read somewhere that here in San Diego Katie does well because she has a good lead in from KFMB's 5pm news, which does really well because of Oprah at 4.

Here in Dayton, I belive Katie does well because of the strength of WHIO here in Dayton

Yeah, usually by a 3 to 1 margin.....

Speaking of Orlando, WESH's ratings have been in the toilet during the 5:00-6:30p news. The trends of the local news ratings pretty much mirror what the ratings of the 6:30pm news. Charlie's got a large lead here, Katie's ratings here are about half of Charlie's, and Brian's are half of Katie's.

Over here, I dont really know because KFVS has oprah leading to their 5 PM news, thus CBS evening news is the leader. But millionaire leads into WPSD's 5PM news, and millionaire has made some gains. Its close over here, but WSIL is 1/4th of KFVS and 1/3 of WPSD, i think.

I assume she's doing just fine here in Houston because KHOU is #1 in the noon, 5pm, 6pm, and 10pm time slots.

(5 and 6pm being the most important factor in Katie's Houston ratings).
