jerseyfla 207 Posted April 1, 2007 Posted April 1, 2007 BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Comcast has given in to Dish Network's parent company Echostar and has offered a low price to Echostar CEO Charlie Ergen to add Comcast Sports Net Philadelphia to the Dish Network's Sports Package. The official announcement will be made tommorrow morning at Echostar HQ in Englewood, Colorado. This comes just in time for opening day despite the Phillies opener being on KYW. Unfortunately, Directv was not offered CSN Philly due to their "hogging" NFL Sunday Ticket and MLB Extra Innings exclusively. This is great news for Dish subscribers in the Delaware Valley!!!!!!
jerseyfla 207 Posted April 1, 2007 Author Posted April 1, 2007 Yeah, yeah Happy April Fools Day. CSN is the only thing that is holding me back from lying about my Dish Network service address to get Philly locals and CSN. If I get Philly locals then I get FSN NY and MSG but all of the pro sports are blacked out.
