I think it'd make a great morning show open... evening news, not so much.

That account has a TON of WITI promos! Including the "The Winners" campaign which apparently was a Frank Gari piece! And this one about some "Satellite" doodad... They're not going to catch on. And this retrospective package from when they moved to their present building.

It's pretty sad when internet newscasts have better opens than a licensed TV station.

You sure that belongs in the pre-2000 section? Yes. Whoever this "Jay" is is before 2000. I know because I have listened to WTMJ since about 1997 and have never heard him. A) Look at Steve Carell's hair in the video, and then look at it in this picture: B) Notice the cars that drive by are not 2000 models.
