Definitely digging that Charleston stuff! I like that WCIV theme too... I have a funny feeling it's a piece of production music.
I'd love to hear more of that "WCSC 1990s theme" that I know was used as early as 1991 and as late as 1993 (probably later than that?).
Allan Hoffman plans to retire this fall after 26 years as anchor at WNCT in Greenville, NC.

There are other clips spread throughout that channel... they're a little hard to find!
Oops, didn't get them all. I'll leave the rest up to everyone else!
How about 2 hours and 43 minutes of classic Good Morning Arizona? Sorry I didn't put this one up since the file is too big for me to download: http://www.archive.o...obacco_iny27a00
Why they uploaded the whole show for one little segment is beyond me (but who cares!)
EDIT: It's not the whole thing... there's All My Children on there for some reason... and it's from 1994, which means the "KTVK 1998 News Theme" is older than 1998
Here's an audio sample of WIBW's use of it, which is how I was able to submit their entry of the theme to the NMSA a couple years ago. I linked the file but he never put it up... http://web.archive.org/web/19970705020635/http://www.wibw.com/theme6.au
In Roanoke/Lynchburg... WSET overtakes WDBJ at 6pm to become the most-watched local news in that timeslot.
"For the first time in at least two generations, WDBJ-TV (Channel 7) does not have the most-watched 6 p.m. newscast in the region."

My guess would be a lighter variation of the same theme. The music in the "Sharing the Vision" promo sounds kinda the same style, so it could be part of a custom package.
These finally got on the NMSA as the "WGGB 1993 News Theme." From what I can tell, it's exactly the same as the "WGGB 1994 News Theme" that was already on there, it's just that the opens in each entry are from different times. Not sure why there are two entries for the same theme?
