  1. WCBD is now using Al Vanik as a VO for their open. He replaces Gregg O’Neill who they have used since they flipped to Media General graphics in 2002. They are still using O’Neill on promos, including during the newscast.

  7. Very sad news out of Savannah. WTOC morning news anchor Don Logana was killed in a car wreck early this morning. This is now the third WTOC male news anchor to die in the last decade. Steven Shoob died in 2008 in a car accident on I-95; Mike Manhatton succumbed to cancer two years ago, and now this.
