It was to be expected, especially after Nexstar went out of their way to drop WMYT in Charlotte after the Fox/Nexstar swap between Charlotte, Milwaukee and Seattle.

YTTV does not carry any of Nexstar's CW or MyNetwork stations, not even WGN 9.   Given it's such a tiny market, I doubt WJMN will ever push for coverage, that's if they even have a sizeable customer base for YTTV up there.

WJXT is really the only independent station that has YTTV coverage.  Ansin does not have WHDH and Circle City does not have WISH.  Yet, WPIX is still on there, thanks to Scripps and Mission for keeping it there.

In recent months, Nexstar's CW affiliates have shown up on Hulu's system, but not on YTTV.

McKinnon's KUSI does not show up on YTTV or Hulu either.  Nevertheless, KUSI is available to watch on the San Diego feed of LocalBTV.

LocalBTV has yet to appear in Jacksonville, Boston and Indianapolis.

With Dean Stephens hanging it up in SC Low Country, so is Dominique Sachse. Dominique is leaving Houston's KPRC Channel 2 (NBC) after 28 years

at the top-rated NBC station. Sachse will be singing off on October 29th at 6pm. No word on who will succeed Dominque in the evening newscasts.

Another one from KNBC is heading to KPRC-TV.  Daniella Guzman will return to KPRC and replace Dominique Sachse on KPRC's 6:00 and 10:00 p.m. newscasts.

In the meantime, former KTRK weathercaster Casey Curry has been lending a helping hand on KPRCs weekend newscasts:

My god. Just be called ABC Alabama already and call it a day. Why they're still called ABC 33/40 without actually being on 33 and 40 makes no sense to me.

WCIV-DT2 should do the same thing and drop "ABC 4" for ABC Charleston or ABC 8 (WCIV-DT2's cable position)

Not her, Taniya used to work here in Raleigh, I knew her the only reason for her move to Texas Houston was to follow her fiance. She had an excellent paying job that sad not even a year. Ironically at WNCN it wasn't even a year. I gonna miss watching her in Houston from Raleigh  she a good salary and following. It was so stupid she left.

Former KHOU anchor Lisa Hernandez has been named as Taniya Wright's replacement:

KPRC has named Rachel McNeill's replacement on the morning newscast.  Taniya Wright, a morning anchor for WNCN in Raleigh, will begin on KPRC on August 5th.  Consumer expert Amy Davis and health reporter Haley Hernandez have been alternating as morning co-anchor on a weekly basis since McNeill's departure.

Taniya Wright has departed from KPRC-TV.  Whether she resigned or was dismissed is currently unclear; the station did not make an official comment.

Her bio has been removed from KPRC's website this afternoon.
