Also, are they using This is Home as the theme music or still with Tower V2? Everybody is mentioning graphics but not once have I seen anything about music...

 

They are using This is Home. One thing that didn't change was Jim Birdsall, who continues his VO duties at KING.

WCNC is FINALLY going to debut High Definition newscasts later this month. According to the stations Twitter account, they installed the HD cameras this week.

 

Could this mean the debut of the Gannett graphics?

Wow... Thank God that Dick knew what was going on and called 911 before bad things could happen to him.

 

The new graphics they have look amazing than their previous ones, but they kept their logo except the '57' font was modified. You can see their first HD newscast at http://www.wkyt.com/wymt/video.

 

So much better than the old graphics. The best part is that they picked up the new version of Impact.

I think I might be sick... KVIA has recently debuted new graphics for their new newscasts. Like the last graphics package (which was good), it was done in house.
