IceManNYR 240 Posted June 15, 2011 Share Posted June 15, 2011 I've noticed most of the local channels are using a video sharing service for breaking news video, as the video is the same on all the newscasts, and the video is always SD 4:3. If all but one NYC station are broadcasting news in HD why would the people shooting the video record in SD 4:3? Can't they at least record it in SD 16:9? It's prolly shot in HD/SD 16:9 but whatever's receiving the video can only capture it in SD/4:3.
