Huff from NY DN confirms:" Lopez signs off at Ch. 11 "After a decade at WPIX/Ch. 11, Lolita Lopez has left the station. Most recently, she was a general news correspondent, although she spent most of her time at Ch. 11 as a sportscaster. In the past year, as sports got less time in the station's newscasts, she returned to covering general stories. Lopez sought to be released early from her Ch. 11 contract.
